Is that i correct in on the babyface? I have a cme uf5 and i can't find drivers for windows 7. The only midi interface I can think of that is even less effort to get working on almost any OS is the Edirol UM-8 series USB to MIDI interface.Equipment Historie, Producing & DJing, USB. The 2x2 is pretty venerable and does what it does well.

There are even decent Linux drivers for them. The midisport interfaces can be made to work with pretty much everything. If you can't find a midi interface that meets your needs, you might be able to build a simple arduino thing that simply takes midi from the CME and sends it to your PC.ĪDDENDUM: I see that Avid/M-Audio now owns the midisport line and they do list drivers for Win7 64bit as well as Win 8 64bit.

I have also used an arduino to send midi data to the laptop via a usb port using a free midi/usb serial bridge utility (Hairless-midiserial.exe). Ever since I've purchased a new PC (which is Windows 7 圆4) my CME hasn't been working, there are no existing drivers for 64 bit systems, so I am unable to play my controller on my new PC. I have a quick question regarding my CME UF8.
